Accommodation terms and conditions

Article 1 (Scope of application)

  • Accommodation contracts and related contracts that this rental villa concludes with guests shall be in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, and matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be subject to laws and regulations or generally established customs. I assume that.
  • If this rental villa accepts a special agreement to the extent that it does not violate laws and customs, that special agreement shall take precedence, regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 2 (Application for accommodation contract)

  • If you would like to make a reservation for staying at our rental villa, please inform us of the following information.
    1. Guest name
    2. Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival
    3. Accommodation charges (as a general rule, according to the breakdown of accommodation charges, etc. in attached table 1)
    4. Other matters deemed necessary by this rental villa
  • If a guest requests to continue staying beyond the accommodation date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, the rental villa will treat the request as a new accommodation reservation application at the time the request is made. I will

Article 3 (Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.)

  • The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the rental villa accepts the application set forth in the preceding article. However, this does not apply when the villa proves its consent.
  • When an accommodation contract is concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the accommodation fee must be paid by the date specified by the rental villa.
  • If the accommodation fee set forth in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the rental villa in accordance with the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall become invalid. However, this only applies if the rental villa notifies the guest of this when specifying the due date for payment of the application deposit.

Article 4 (Refusal of conclusion of accommodation contract)

  • This rental villa may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.
    1. When the application for accommodation violates these terms and conditions.
    2. When there is no room for a rental vacation home due to full occupancy.
    3. When it is recognized that there is a risk that the person seeking accommodation may act in a manner that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals.
    4. When there is a person seeking accommodation who falls under any of the following reasons.
      1. Specified organized crime groups, designated organized crime group members, etc. or their related persons, and other anti-social forces (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime groups, etc.") under the "Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members" (Act No. 77 of 1991). )
      2. Corporations and other organizations whose business activities are controlled by organized crime groups, etc., or their members
      3. A corporation or its members whose officers are members of organized crime groups, etc.
    5. When the person attempting to stay overnight is clearly recognized to have a contagious disease.
    6. When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is demanded.
    7. When accommodation is not possible due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.

Article 5 (Guest's right to cancel contract)

  • Guests may cancel their accommodation contract by notifying the rental villa.
  • If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest, this rental villa will charge a cancellation fee as listed in Attached Table 2.
  • This rental villa will not be returned to our rental villa even if the guest does not contact us until 5:00 p.m. on the day of their stay (if the expected arrival time is specified in advance, 2 hours after that time). If the guest does not arrive, the accommodation contract can be treated as having been canceled by the guest.

Article 6 (Right to cancel the contract for this rental villa)

  • This rental villa may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
    1. When it is deemed that there is a risk of violating the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding the guest's accommodation, or when it is recognized that such acts have been committed.
    2. When there is a person applying for or using the accommodation terms and conditions and related contracts who falls under any of the following reasons.
      1. Organized crime groups, etc.
      2. Corporations and other organizations whose business activities are controlled by organized crime groups, etc., or their members.
      3. A corporation or its members whose officers are members of organized crime groups, etc.
    3. When the guest is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.
    4. When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is demanded.
    5. When accommodation is not possible due to reasons caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
    6. When smoking outside the designated areas, tampering with fire equipment, or not complying with other prohibitions set forth by the rental villa
      (limited to those necessary for fire prevention).

Article 7 (Registration of accommodation)

  • Guests are required to register the following information at the check-in reception desk of our rental villa on the day of their stay.
    1. Name, date of birth, gender, address, and occupation of the guest.
    2. For foreigners, nationality, passport number, presentation, and copy of passport.
    3. Other matters deemed necessary by this rental villa.

Article 8 (Room usage hours)

  • Guests may use the guest rooms of our rental villa from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. the following day. However, if you stay for consecutive nights, you can use the room all day except for the day of arrival and the day of departure. Please note that even after 11:00 a.m., when the guest room is available for use, you may be required to wait due to maintenance of the guest room.

Article 9 (Compliance with usage rules)

  • Guests must follow the "Rules of Use" stipulated in the "Accommodation Terms and Conditions" while in our rental villa.

Article 10 (Payment of fees)

  • The details of the accommodation fees, etc., to be paid by the guest are as listed in Attached Table 1.
  • To pay the accommodation fees mentioned in the preceding paragraph, please use your credit card (web payment) at the time of application or deposit into the designated account of our rental villa. If you apply over the phone and prefer a method other than "email link payment (credit card payment)," we will send the application form to the designated email address or address of the representative. After we receive your response and confirm the content, we will send the required documents specified by our rental villa, along with a copy of your identification card (front and back for driver's licenses), and the bank transfer information by mail. Please complete the transfer by the specified date. In this case, the reservation process will take longer, so we recommend using the credit card payment option on the reservation site if you are in a hurry.
  • Even if the guest voluntarily chooses not to stay after the rental villa has provided the guest room for use, the accommodation fee will still be charged.
  • Additional fees incurred during your stay at this rental villa will be processed via credit card or cash.

Article 11 (Responsibilities of the rental villa)

  • This rental villa will compensate the guest for any damage caused to the guest due to the performance or non-performance of the accommodation contract and related contracts. However, this does not apply if the damage is not due to reasons attributable to the rental villa.
  • We will not be held responsible if any items carried by the customer are lost at the rental villa unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the rental villa.

Article 12 (Storage of guest's baggage or personal effects)

  • This rental villa does not have full-time staff. If your baggage arrives at our rental villa prior to your stay, it will be stored only if you notify us in advance at the time of reservation and the facility understands this.
  • If your baggage or personal belongings are left behind at our rental villa after you have checked out, our rental villa will, in principle, store them for 7 days, including the day they are discovered. If this is not done, it shall be delivered to the nearest police station. However, valuables must be immediately delivered to the nearest police station. In addition, food, drinks, magazines, and other waste items will be disposed of at our rental villa's discretion if we do not hear from you by the day after check-out.
  • In order to dispose of left behind baggage or personal effects appropriately according to the nature of the contents, this rental villa will inspect the contents at will and, if necessary, return them to the person who lost them or dispose of them in accordance with the preceding paragraph. The guest may not object to this.

Article 13 (Parking Responsibility)

  • If a guest uses the parking lot of this rental villa, the rental villa will rent the space and will not be responsible for managing the vehicle. However, in the event that damage is caused intentionally or negligently by our rental villa in managing the parking lot, we will accept responsibility for compensation.

Article 14 (Responsibilities of Guests)

  • If the rental villa suffers damage due to the guest's intention or gross negligence, the guest will be required to compensate the rental villa for the damage.

Article 15 (About guest room cleaning)

  • Since this rental villa is a private/rental villa, we do not clean the rooms or change the sheets during your stay. Please note that if you notify us in advance (one day in advance), we will respond at an additional charge. In addition, if you stay for 3 or more consecutive nights, we will inspect the facilities, clean the room, and change the sheets for free on the third night.

  • Accommodation fee (rental fee for the entire building and fees included in the contract in advance)

Note: If the tax law is revised, the revised provisions will apply.

Attached Table 2 Cancellation Fee (Related to Article 5, Paragraph 2)

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation date, please contact us by email (hello@cwstays.jp). A cancellation fee will be charged at the time of reservation at this villa.

  • Cancellations made up to 15 days before the reservation date: 10% of the usage fee
  • Cancellation between 14 and 8 days in advance: 30% of usage fee
  • Cancellation between 7 and 2 days before: 50% of usage fee
  • 100% of usage fee if canceled 1 day before or on the day or if there is no contact.
  • Cancellations due to weather-related ferry, jetfoil, or flight cancellations are free of charge. Please contact us via email with a screenshot of the airline or shipping company's flight cancellation announcement screen (proof required).

If you cancel from the day before to the same day, or if you do not contact us, the full amount of the usage fee (Note) 1.% indicates the ratio of the cancellation fee to the accommodation fee. 2. If the number of contracted days is shortened, a cancellation fee will be charged on the first day of the canceled days according to the above ratio.


Terms of service

In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, and to maintain the public nature of a private/rental villa, we have established the following rules, which are integrated with the accommodation terms and conditions. If this rule is violated, the accommodation contract may be canceled in accordance with Article 6 of the accommodation agreement.

Note

About usage forms

  • Please keep valuables at your own risk. Responsibility for loss or theft at this rental villa is in accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 2.
  • Accommodation cannot be accommodated if there are more people than the capacity. (Preschool children are not included in the number of guests) We strictly refuse to accommodate more than the number of people who have made a reservation.
  • The villa staff will not be on-site from check-in to check-out.
  • Although we do not provide food or drinks in the villa, guests are welcome to bring their own ingredients, seasonings, drinks, etc. to cook and eat. In that case, please leave the tableware and home appliances in the villa unattended and do not return them to their original locations.

Regarding regulatory matters

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building and grounds of this rental villa. If the smell or traces of smoking are detected, you may be asked to pay for house cleaning fees and replacement costs for bedding and equipment.
  • If you intentionally or accidentally damage or stain villa equipment, electrical appliances, furniture, goods, etc., you will be responsible for the full cost of restoration. However, this does not apply if insurance is paid.
  • The facilities and equipment of this rental villa are lent to the guest only during the period of stay and cannot be taken home. Please do not take anything out of the villa with the exception of towels for the outdoor pool.
  • The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue.
    1. Dangerous materials such as gunpowder, explosives, gasoline, kerosene, chemicals, toxic gas, volatile oil, etc.
    2. Decayed materials, unclean materials, and other materials that emit moisture, foul odors, strange odors, odors, etc.
    3. Pets other than reservations
    4. Items in extremely large quantities
    5. Other items prohibited by law, etc.

About usage

  • Cannot be used by minors.
  • Please refrain from acts that disrupt public morals, public order, high-pitched voices, loud conversations, and acts that disturb the neighborhood.
  • Please refrain from using the property for any purpose other than lodging, such as business activities (exhibitions, etc.) without the permission of the villa manager.
  • Please refrain from speaking or acting in a way that causes a significant nuisance to the general public at other adjacent facilities.
  • Anti-social use is prohibited.
  • If there is a nuisance to the neighbors, such as shouting loudly at the villa, the neighboring residents may report it to the police, but in that case, the villa user will be legally responsible for everything.
  • We are not responsible for any accidents caused by natural disasters or carelessness on the part of villa users, or accidents that occur due to failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
  • The manager and villa owner are not responsible for any damage, theft, or accidents to villa users' vehicles or items brought with them.
  • Administrative staff will be patrolling for management, etc.
  • Please refrain from making significant changes or decorations to the interior or exterior.
  • Please refrain from bringing equipment such as large tents and charcoal BBQ sets to the premises that are not owned by the villa.
  • When using the outdoor pool, please use it at your own risk.
  • The adjacent beach is not a private beach owned by the villa, so it may be used by non-guests.

Matters to be observed for security reasons

  • Please make sure to lock the door when leaving the rental villa during your stay.
  • Please make sure to lock the door while staying at the villa and especially when going to bed.
  • Please refrain from meeting with visitors inside the villa.
